Embarking on a transformative journey centered around embracing change and cultivating a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

All individuals are welcome to partake based on their personal circumstances, with our primary emphasis on fostering a sense of well-being. Our activities encompass walking and hiking, engaging in various exercises, and attending informative lectures on attaining and preserving a healthy lifestyle.

Discussions cover topics such as diet and exercise. In addition to physical activities, we indulge in moments of relaxation through bathing, nourishing meals, refreshing beverages, and shared laughter.

Our training sessions are tailored to accommodate both beginners and those already in peak physical condition, ensuring a comprehensive and inclusive experience.

Outdoor Adventures:

Participants partake in invigorating workouts set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Kyrenia Mountains.

Experienced trainers guide dynamic exercises, cleverly incorporating the natural terrain to enhance resistance. Whether it’s executing lunges along the Mediterranean coast or conquering challenging trail hikes in the Mountains, each session is meticulously crafted to deliver a distinctive and revitalizing experience.

Coastal Challenge:

The boot camp transports you to the idyllic shores of the Mediterranean. Envision yourself engaging in workouts on the beach, accompanied by the soothing soundtrack of waves crashing against the shore.

This coastal setting not only infuses a sense of tranquility but also heightens the workout’s intensity, as the sand introduces resistance to every movement.

Grand Finale:

The climax of the boot camp unfolds against the historic backdrop of places like St Hilarion Castle.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions propel participants to exert maximum effort in a grand finale that imparts a profound sense of accomplishment and revitalization.

Trainers underscore the significance of not only commemorating physical milestones but also acknowledging the mental resilience cultivated throughout the program.

In a single afternoon, our highly experienced Freedom team will provide you with valuable insights into Northern Cyprus. You’ll have the opportunity to explore some of the island’s investment prospects and gain a glimpse into what it has to offer.

The cost to participate in a boot camp is 7000 SEK (equivalent in GBP)

Included is a room in shared accommodation, breakfast welcome pack in the fridge, transfer to and from the airport, training session, lecture on health, lifestyle and Northern Cyprus with investment opportunities.

If you have your own accommodation and only wish to participate in the training sessions and lectures, the cost is SEK 3,500 (equivalent in GBP) and you take yourself to and from where the sessions are located.

Confirmation information required:

A deposit of SEK 2,000 (non-refundable) is required when you make your booking.
The remaining amount is paid 2 weeks before the boot camp starts.
