Mr Husseyin Arabaci, the owner of the company where the award-winning Tiny Houses are designed and created, met with a small baby girl and her father at a patisserie some years ago.

He could not ignore the little girl who was staring at the strawberries on his cake, so he gifted her a slice.

He even paid their bill at the restaurant without them knowing as a kind gesture to the family.

Two years later, after forming a wonderful friendship, Mr Arabaci and the little girl’s father signed the agreement on North Cyprus’s first Tiny Homes Project!

The rental plan provides you with a steady income while you are not living in your Tiny House.

The revenue you generate from the rental income is based on the number of days you allow us to rent your Tiny House on your behalf.

Numbers are based on a purchase price of £80,000

12 months (360days)/ year: 8% of the purchase price, a yearly kickback of £6,400

11 months (330 days/ year: 6% of the purchase price, a yearly kickback of £4,800

9 months (270 days/ year: 4% of the purchase price, a yearly kickback of £3,200

6 months (180 days/ year: 2 % of the purchase price, a yearly kickback of £1,600
